AKtive8 Consulting exists to bring clarity to organisations at pivotal moments. I founded the practice after more than twenty five years in global brand leadership roles, working across Europe, the United States and Asia. Throughout my career, I saw the same pattern repeat itself. Organisations move faster, make better decisions and create more meaningful impact when they are clear about who they are and where they are going.
Today, I work as a strategic advisor to leadership teams who want that clarity. My focus is brand, narrative and culture, the three forces that shape how an organisation thinks, behaves and grows. I partner with CEOs, CMOs, founders and CPOs who recognise that brand is not a marketing function. It is a strategic engine that influences every part of the organisation.
My Story
My career began in creative and marketing agencies, looking after global consumer brands, where I learned the discipline of positioning, the power of narrative and the importance of understanding people. Over the years, my work expanded into technology, food and agri-innovation, sustainability, professional services and scaling founder led businesses. I have led global teams, shaped complex portfolios, guided organisations through transformation and worked closely with senior leaders navigating high stakes decisions.
What has always driven me is the belief that clarity changes everything. When leaders are aligned around a shared truth, the organisation moves with confidence. When the narrative is coherent, teams understand their role in the journey. When culture and brand reinforce each other, people feel connected to something meaningful.

My background spans global corporations, scaling startups, innovation platforms and mission driven organisations. I understand the realities leaders face, the pressures of transformation and the complexity of aligning diverse teams around a shared direction.
